Your Support Makes Outstanding Care Possible

You can make a difference for patients by making a gift to Sibley Memorial Hospital. Your gift will ensure that we continue to provide the best care possible to our community by supporting lifesaving new technologies, continuing education for our dedicated caregivers, and innovative programs and therapies for patients.

The Power of Community

See what Sibley Memorial Hospital has achieved over the past year thanks to donors like you.

The philanthropy-funded Feed the Front Lines fund has provided more than 50,000 meals to staff and 3,600 bags of groceries throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

Donors support more than a half dozen funds that support cancer patients in need of specialized assistance throughout their treatment—including a specific gynecologic oncology patient support fund—among others.

Sibley is currently involved in 120 ongoing cancer trials representing a 60% increase since December 2021.

Sibley’s Proton Therapy Center has treated more than 800 patients since its opening in 2020.

Through the NICHE and PRIME programs, we provide dedicated care for our older community and multiples classes offered each week in meditation and mindfulness.

Geriatric Nurse Navigator Rosemary Trejo, whose position is funded by philanthropy, cares for more than 600 patients annually with a specific focus on those 80 and older.

The ground-breaking partnership between Sibley and Marymount University will create the Dr. Mark Abbruzzese Bridge Scholars program to support nurses as they transition to clinical practice at Sibley.

Donors helped fund the hiring of Darleen Dagey as resilience nurse to address staff morale.

Enhanced access to prenatal and high-risk care for underserved new mothers through the Maternal Health Access Program (MHAP).
